SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free shipping anytime you spend over $75! If your order is not over $75 you will be charged a flat rate of $6! Our shipping is the best of the best! We ship our regular orders in 2-3 business days from order placement.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Southern Cross Boutique, we hope you LOVE your items! In the event something does not fit, or you do not love it, we are happy to offer you exchange or refunds.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item has any wear & tear, the exchange will be denied. (smoke free condition, no stains or odors!) It must have tags as well!
