We change our hours based on the season. We are open later in the evening during the Spring and Summer and close earlier in the Fall and Winter.

1. Thoroughly exfoliate 24 hours before your tan. 2. Any hair removal must be done 24 hours prior. *Please do not shave just before your tan. Shaving can encourage your skin to produce natural oils which could affect the outcome of your tan. 3. Use a body wash that is not highly perfumed and on that is moisturizing. DO NOT USE DOVE! 4. Before your appointment, do not apply lotions, oils, deodorants. Lotion can act as a barrier and deodorant can turn green. **If you have very dry skin and have an issue with poor fading, apply lotion the morning of your tan and a few hours before. Nothing heavily scented but a good moisturizing lotion will do it! Just not right before (an hour or so) before your tan!

After your Tan *Wear or bring dark loose – fitted clothing. Tanning solutions usually wash out. *If it is raining, make sure you are covered up. *Please do not expose your skin to water (washing hands, brushing teeth, etc.) If you skin gets exposed to water, it will wash off that area of your tan. This will result in splotching, streaking, etc. * Use a sulfate/paraben free body wash. *Avoid long hot baths, cholorinated water, and exfoliating gloves/sponges. *Wait a minimum of 8 hours (4 if you sprayed with rapid color) before you moisturize and apply lotion a minimum of once per day (twice is better😊) *The average tan lasts 5 to 7 days depending on maintenance. *A good skin care routine is essential to prolonging the life of your tan! * Do not exercise 8-12 hours after your tan.

At Southern Cross Boutique, we hope you LOVE your items! In the event something does not fit, or you do not love it, we are happy to offer you exchange or refunds. To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item has any wear & tear, the exchange will be denied. (smoke free condition, no stains or odors!) It must have tags as well!
